What to look for when visiting a urologist?

Hygienic cleaning is enough for ladies. In men, sperm should not be ejected for 2-3 days if a sperm test is performed. If a test sample is taken from the urethra, no urine should be excreted within 3 hours. The rectum must be empty to examine the prostate gland. The bladder should be full during the USM examination of the bladder and kidneys.

What are the methods of examination of urological diseases?

Urologist consultation covers certain stages. Initially, patient’s complaints are heard, and patient is examined manually and visually. Questions are asked about patient and getting information about bad habits and allergies. Then, the genitals are examined, the shape and size of the testicles and penis are assessed. The veins are checked. When a suspicious case is found, the patient is sent for laboratory tests. Here the patient takes tests for blood, urine and in some cases sperm. Another method of detecting urological diseases is USM, MRI and CT. These are important when there is a special doctor’s prescription.
